Classic vs. Contemporary
We have two styles to choose from, Classic and Contemporary. The classic style showcases raised corners, intricate moldings, as well as a decorative accent in the center of the hood. Contemporary style cages have a more modern look with straighter molding and lines. Both styles can be either stained or painted. Stained cages are constructed from an Oak wood material which showcases a more dramatic wood grain. Painted cages are constructed of a Maple wood material to create a more subtle wood grain and a more flat appearance. Generally speaking, most customers either chose a Classic design with a stained Oak wood, or a contemporary design with painted black or white Maple wood. However, you are free to choose whichever combination suits your taste.
All Classic Style Majestic Bird and Reptile Cages, hoods and stands come standard in solid Oak wood material with one of the four stain colors shown above, or Hard Maple Wood finished with Black or White paint. Please note that painted colors will not show wood grain as much as the stain choices. Other custom wood, stain, and paint combinations as well as other wood types such as Cherry, Walnut, etc. are available for an extra charge.
