FREE SHIPPING FOR ULTIMATE PACKAGES: 

NOTICE- If you ordered an ULTIMATE package, the above total will not be accurate, however you may still place your order with us online.  When we receive your order we will subtract the price of STANDARD shipping from your grand total before processing it and call or email you with a new sales receipt with a new total.

ALL MAJESTIC ORDERS MUST BE CUSTOM QUOTED:  All Majestic Shipping (except FREE shipping on Ultimate packages) are shipped via freight and must be custom quoted per order.  Online prices for shipping will not be accurate.  Your credit card will not be charged until a final price is approved by the customer.  We will contact you when you place your order to give you a final price quote for approval.

PRIORITY and RUSH can still be added to ULTIMATE packages for an extra charge.   To find out how much extra PRIORITY and RUSH shipping adds to you order, subtract the standard shipping rate from the priority and rush rates.

Some exceptions may apply to rates on our shipping and handling table. Anything over $2400.00 please call for shipping and handling prices. Rates are good for continental U.S. only. If outside this area, please call for a quote. WI residents, add 5% Sales Tax. 

*If order is placed after noon central time, lead time will start the following business day. Order is considered placed once payment in full clears and we have received your signed order and return policy. Lead times shown are estimates only and are accurate in most cases. Shipping and handling is not refunded under any circumstance. No refund will be given if delivery is attempted and nobody receives the package. Call for further details.
